Shipping
All items are shipped for free worldwide. Due to high demand, please allow up to 15 business days for delivery.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds / Exchanges
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, and for instructions to proceed including return address, you can contact us through our return portal.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met: your item must be in new condition, unworn, with indicated damage of product, and original tags. Exchanges accepted will be for damaged goods upon receipt that are new and unworn. Since our size charts and care instructions are clearly presented, size change and other reasons will not be included. These policies enhance our focus in sustainability, and your cooperation is appreciated. 

Processing
We suggest a thorough review of your return prior to contacting us. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Upon receipt of your item(s), we will review and approve condition. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. In accordance with our earth well focus, a sustainable restocking fee of ten percent the item will be deducted from the refund. This ensures that we remain in compliance with implemented sustainability practices.

You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method upon approval within ten business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Any item that have been used, indicated as non-refundable or as promotional at time of purchase are not eligible.
